You cannot really control children below certain age. You can do smart things to make their travel more comfortable but it is hard for child to travel an hour to airport, wait around two hours and cope being squished on parents lap for the duration of a flight. On another note, I had flights grounded or not taking off as people started drunk fights, brought stolen goods and messed up toilets badly. Idk how to excuse that
