Sometimes we just want to vent out the frustration ! In majority of cases we already know how to fix the problem, but knowing the solution doesn’t magically erase the frustration we feel in the immediate moment. That frustration needs to be let out and our preferred method is venting instead of breaking stuff around the house and punching the fuck out of a random person for no reason...

They don’t want to be mad. They want you to KNOW they are mad. Acknowledge their feelings. They’ve already thought of a solution and, anyway, no one on earth wants to be told what to do when already mad. That being said, ladys we men communicate problems with the purpose of solving them, not just for the sake of communication. So yeah, how you behave is very frustrating and less efficient when you want to leave the negative emotion behind.
